Job description Office Beacon is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing client in the cybersecurity industry for an experienced and driven Inside Sales Representative to join a high-performance outbound sales team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, and experience engaging decision-makers in the U.S. market.
About the Client
Our client is an AI-powered cybersecurity platform specializing in Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS). Their platform helps organizations proactively detect, respond to, and prevent cyber threats through real-time monitoring, intelligent automation, and human-validated response systems. Target industries include:
K-12 Education Healthcare
Financial Services
Manufacturing
What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn Engage CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makers Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team Use marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events as conversation starters Handle objections confidently and maintain strong follow-up Track outreach and pipeline activity accurately
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills (US-facing role) Strong appointment-setting and engagement ability
Confident, proactive, and target-driven personality
Ability to work US Central Time hours
Experience in SDR/BDR/Inside Sales roles
Cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT sales experience is highly advantageous
Preferred Experience:
Experience selling into the U.S. market Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools Ability to engage senior executives and secure meetings
KPIs Include:
100 outbound calls daily 150–180 manual emails per day
LinkedIn outreach and engagement
Qualified meetings and pipeline generation
