Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paarl for Front Office & Spa Reservations. Responsibilities include managing spa reservations, welcoming guests with exceptional customer service, coordinating appointments, handling phone and email inquiries, and supporting the front office operations. The role requires ensuring smooth communication between guests and service providers, managing schedules efficiently, and addressing guest needs with professionalism and care. It is a key position in delivering the unique wellness experience that Santé is known for.

Requirements

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional demeanor

Minimum 5 years reception experience or in managing reservations and front office operations.

Proficiency in scheduling, coordinating appointments, and handling phone and email inquiries

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality guest experiences

Computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or booking systems

Flexibility and proactive problem-solving skills

Previous experience in a luxury resort, wellness center, or spa is beneficial, but not required

A passion for wellness, hospitality, and a commitment to guest satisfaction

Working hours

Hospitality shift based role
