Job Description

The Ghana Education Outcomes Project (GEOP) is seeking a Senior Consultant to improve learning outcomes and reintegrate out-of-school children in northern Ghana. The consultant will act as the primary in-country representative for the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF), focusing on stakeholder engagement and driving progress on key workstreams. This role requires extensive experience in the education sector, particularly in Ghana, and involves collaboration with government entities. The position is remote and open only to Ghanaian nationals. Master's degree in International Development, Education, Public Policy, or Social Science Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the education sector Experience with program design and implementation Experience working with the government in Ghana Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of innovative finance is desirable
