Job Description

The Ghana Education Outcomes Project (GEOP) seeks a Senior Consultant to improve learning outcomes and reintegrate out-of-school children in northern Ghana. The consultant will act as the primary in-country representative for the Education Outcomes Fund, focusing on stakeholder engagement and progress on key workstreams. This role requires extensive experience in the education sector, particularly in Ghana, and a strong background in program design and implementation. The position is remote and open only to Ghanaian nationals. Master's degree in International Development, Education, Public Policy, or Social Science Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the education sector Experience working with the government in Ghana Experience in program design and implementation Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of innovative finance is desirable
