Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell services to the client, support proposal development, and contribute new ideas for campaigns and client growth.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, understand client needs, objectives and expectations and provide timely updates and feedback on ongoing projects.

Media & PR Execution: Assist in executing media relations strategies, support organization of stakeholder engagements, including Investor relations, maintain relationships with editors, journalists and media houses

Content & Communications Support: support development of Corporate communications materials, Speeches and talking points, Press Releases and ensuring consistency of messaging across platforms

Required Skills or Experience

Strong Communication (Written & Verbal)

Ability to think strategically and proactively solve problems

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

knowledge of media monitoring and analytics tools

Experience working with corporate clients

Good understanding of the media landscape in Ghana (with  global as an added advantage)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Basic understanding of digital media and content creation.

Key Requirements are:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field

HND in Sales and Marketing.

Minimum 2-3years experience, preferably in an Advertising/ PR agency/Media/Communications environment
