This role will see you closely with Management & Business Development turning seamless delivery and clients feeling genuinely well-served.

Core Competencies

  • Manages the full client journey from first enquiry to post-delivery with precision and consistency
  • Proactively manages senior leadership calendars, documentation and filing with no gaps or missed commitments
  • Strong organizational discipline under pressure
  • Proficient in Canva, MS Teams, Outlook, Slack & Google Workspace
  • Proactive initiative, discretion, and a growth mindset

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1 - 3 years in client service, commercial coordination, or executive support
  • Experience in professional services or consulting is a strong advantage
  • Exposure to proposal writing or client communications is advantageous
