L’unité de gestion du projet qui est l’entité d’exécution envisage d’utiliser une partie des fonds pour effectuer des recrutements annoncés ci-après. Le projet ESPOIR JEUNES compte conduire la Sélection de consultants au profit de l’unité de gestion du projet. Mission

• Coordonner le programme de réalisation des ISEP (programmation, études, travaux et équipements).
• Planification budgétaire : Contribuer activement à l’élaboration du Plan de Travail et Budget Annuel (PTBA) pour la composante Infrastructures.
• Superviser l’AMO en validant ses méthodologies d’intervention, ses plannings de déploiement et ses rapports d’activité
• Coordonner avec l’AMO l’ensemble des phases du programme, depuis la programmation initiale et les études techniques jusqu’à la réception des travaux et l’installation des équipements.
• Exiger de l’AMO une mise à jour rigoureuse des tableaux de bord (Dashboard) pour permettre un suivi en temps réel de l’avancement physique et financier des chantiers. La liste n’étant pas exhaustive (cf TDRs pour la suite) Qualifications et expérience
• Être titulaire d’un Diplôme Bac+5 en Génie Civil, Infrastructure, Architecture ou équivalent.
• Justifier d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans dans un domaine de la construction et de suivi d’infrastructures
• Justifier d’au moins 05 années d’expérience en tant que maitre d’ouvrage (ou assistant à maitrise d’ouvrage) pour la réalisation de projets dans le secteur du bâtiment.
