Job Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Project Associate to support the Migrant Protection, Return and Reintegration Programme in Cameroon. The role involves supervising Reintegration Assistants, coordinating reception and reintegration support, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The successful candidate will assist in various activities, including family tracing, reception planning, and needs assessments for returning migrants. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in social work or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or High School degree with five years of experience Experience in social work or case management Experience supervising staff and coordinating processes Understanding of social protection and migration issues Proven ability to supervise and coach junior staff Excellent organizational and communication skills
