Save the Children recrute un(e) New Business Development Manager pour son bureau de Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.

** Ce poste est essentiel pour soutenir la croissance et la diversification des financements de l'organisation. Le/la responsable aura pour mission d'identifier et de développer de nouvelles opportunités de partenariats et de financements auprès de bailleurs publics et privés.

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de développement des affaires alignée sur les priorités de Save the Children au Burkina Faso.
  • Identifier et analyser les appels à propositions et les opportunités de financement pertinents.
  • Coordonner la rédaction de propositions de projets en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et programmes.
  • Assurer le suivi des soumissions et des relations avec les bailleurs.
  • Contribuer à la cartographie des partenaires potentiels et au renforcement des partenariats stratégiques.**

  • Expérience confirmée dans le développement des affaires, la recherche de fonds ou la gestion de projets de développement.
  • Excellente connaissance des bailleurs de fonds (USAID, DFID, UE, etc.) et des cycles de financement.
  • Capacité à rédiger des propositions de qualité en français et en anglais.
  • Compétences en analyse stratégique et en négociation.
  • Diplôme universitaire supérieur (Bac+5) en gestion de projets, développement international ou domaine connexe.
