Sherise Technology Empowerment Program, a women-led NGO dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs across Accra and its suburbs, is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Community & Sales Officer.

Sherise Technology is women-led NGO dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs across Accra and its suburbs. Our newly furnished office is more than just a workspace—it is a hub for co-working, training, and community-driven events. We are passionate about creating opportunities for women to connect, collaborate, and thrive.

 

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a warm, driven, and resourceful Community & Sales Officer to lead the growth of our co-working and training programs. This role blends community engagement with strong marketing and sales responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a vibrant member community, driving sales of co-working packages and events, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our space.

 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Engagement & Management:

Build and maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment for members.

Coordinate community-driven events, workshops, and networking sessions that foster entrepreneurship and innovation.
