Vous connaissez votre terrain mieux que personne et la vente n’a plus de secrets pour vous ?

  • CEPAC SOLIDARITÉ recrute un(e) Agent Commercial / Chargé(e) de Clientèle au Cameroun. Au programme :
  • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille clients (terrain, marchés, TPE/PME…)
  • Présenter les produits de microfinance (crédit, épargne, transferts)
  • Monter et suivre les dossiers de crédit
  • Fidéliser la clientèle et maintenir le taux de remboursement Ce qu’on recherche :
  • Bac minimum (Bac +2 commerce / finance / banque = atout)
  • 1 an d’expérience commerciale ou en microfinance
  • Excellent sens du contact, autonomie, persévérance
  • Bonne connaissance du tissu économique camerounais
  • Profils juniors dynamiques et motivés acceptés selon les compétences.
