une organisation de référence renforce son équipe commerciale et recrute un(e) 5 Superviseur de zone commerciale à Bénin.
Prospection & Développement : Identifier et approcher de nouveaux clients pour développer le portefeuille.
- Présentation & Démonstration : Présenter les offres de l'entreprise avec impact et conviction.
- Négociation & Closing : Conduire les négociations jusqu'à la signature des contrats.
- Fidélisation : Assurer un suivi régulier pour maintenir et développer la relation client.
- Reporting Commercial : Renseigner le CRM et produire des rapports d'activité hebdomadaires.
Formation en Commerce, Marketing ou équivalent.
- Expérience en vente B2B ou B2C souhaitée.
- Goût du challenge, résilience et tempérament chasseur.
- Maîtrise des techniques de vente et de négociation.
