Formateur de Centre d’Appels (H/F)
Lieu : Bénin | Contrat : CDI
Notre établissement recrute un(e) Formateur de Centre d’Appels passionné(e) par la transmission du savoir et le développement des compétences.

Préparer et dispenser des cours conformément aux programmes officiels. Évaluer les progrès des apprenants et adapter la pédagogie. Participer aux réunions pédagogiques et administratives. Encadrer et orienter les apprenants dans leur parcours. Développer des supports et outils pédagogiques innovants. Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité de l'enseignement.

Diplôme dans la discipline enseignée (Licence, Master ou équivalent). Qualification en pédagogie ou expérience d'enseignement de 2 ans minimum. Maîtrise des outils numériques éducatifs. Patience, sens de la communication et vocation pédagogique.
