UNICEF recrute un(e) spécialiste en gestion des risques et conformité pour son bureau de Dakar, Sénégal. Ce poste de niveau NOC est à pourvoir en contrat à durée indéterminée.

Sous la supervision du représentant adjoint, le/la titulaire sera chargé(e) de :
- Coordonner la mise en œuvre du cadre de gestion des risques et de conformité au sein du bureau pays ;
- Assurer le suivi des recommandations d'audit et des plans d'action ;
- Conseiller la direction sur les risques émergents et les mesures d'atténuation ;
- Superviser les processus de contrôle interne et de diligence raisonnable ;
- Animer la formation du personnel sur les politiques de conformité et d'éthique.**

- Diplôme universitaire supérieur (master ou équivalent) en gestion, audit, finance, droit ou domaine connexe ;
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la gestion des risques, l'audit interne ou la conformité ;
- Expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre de cadres de contrôle interne ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) ;
- Connaissance des procédures et règles des Nations Unies est un atout.
