Contexte : L'UNICEF œuvre dans plus de 190 pays et territoires pour sauver des vies d'enfants, défendre leurs droits et les aider à réaliser leur potentiel, de la petite enfance à l'adolescence. Nous recrutons un(e) spécialiste en gestion des risques et conformité pour notre bureau de Dakar.
Missions : En tant que Risk and Compliance Specialist, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre et du suivi des politiques de gestion des risques et de conformité au sein du bureau. Vous contribuerez à identifier, évaluer et atténuer les risques opérationnels et programmatiques, et veillerez au respect des procédures et réglementations internes et externes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes programmes, finances et ressources humaines pour intégrer une culture de gestion des risques et d'intégrité.

** Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une expérience avérée en gestion des risques, conformité ou audit, de préférence dans le secteur humanitaire ou onusien. Une connaissance des normes et standards internationaux en matière de lutte contre la fraude et la corruption est requise. La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est indispensable.
