The role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and collaboration with internal teams to meet customer need Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets and industries. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and distributors. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups. Account Management Manage existing accounts to maximize repeat business and upselling opportunities. Monitor customer orders, delivery timelines, and after-sales service. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Collaboration & Internal Coordination Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to align sales with operational capacity. Provide customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery. Support product development initiatives based on market demand. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status. Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement areas. Branding & Promotion Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Enhance brand visibility in target markets. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience working with B2B clients, distributors, or industrial customers.
