Capacity Development Officer

Notre organisation recrute un(e) Capacity Development Officer motivé(e) et compétent(e) pour renforcer ses équipes.

Exécuter les tâches et responsabilités inhérentes au poste de Capacity Development Officer. Collaborer activement avec les équipes internes pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. Respecter les procédures, normes et politiques de l'organisation. Rédiger des rapports d'activité réguliers à l'attention de la hiérarchie. Proposer des améliorations continues pour optimiser les performances.

Formation académique et/ou professionnelle en adéquation avec le poste. Expérience significative dans un poste similaire. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais. Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Pack Office, etc.).
