Une organisation de référence recrute un(e) Chef service expérience client digital pour structurer et amplifier sa présence au Bénin.

Stratégie éditoriale : concevoir le calendrier de contenu et la ligne éditoriale sur tous les canaux. Community management : animer les réseaux sociaux et fédérer la communauté autour de la marque. Campagnes digitales : planifier et exécuter les campagnes payantes (Social Ads, SEO, SEM). Création de contenu : produire des visuels, vidéos et textes attractifs pour chaque support. Analyse et reporting : mesurer la performance des actions et ajuster la stratégie en continu.

Formation en Communication, Marketing Digital, Journalisme ou équivalent. Maîtrise des outils digitaux (Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Ads). Créativité, sens de la narration et aisance rédactionnelle. Connaissance des algorithmes et des tendances des réseaux sociaux.
