Ce que ce poste implique En tant que stagiaire RH, tu seras le/la bras droit de l’équipe sur le terrain : de la présélection de CV à la planification d’entretiens, en passant par le suivi des présences et la mise à jour des fichiers administratifs. Attends-toi à jongler entre la gestion des candidatures et l’organisation de sessions d’intégration, avec une immersion directe dans les process RH locaux.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant Maîtrise de Pack Office (Excel pour les tableaux de suivi, Word pour les courriers). Sens de l’organisation et discrétion absolue. Capacité à gérer des échanges professionnels par téléphone et email. Expérience avec un logiciel RH (SAP, SIRH) ou en gestion de base de données est un plus. Savoir prioriser les tâches sous pression.
