RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Premier Banking & Wealth

I. JOB PURPOSE
Deliver high quality service and customer retention approach.
Ensure customer acquisition growth with efficient and targeted prospective actions.
Manage client relationships to enhance product sales and new client growth targets.
Deliver on agreed individual targets for deposit growth, revenue, PBT, product sales and new client growth targets.
Work with EDC to provide wealth management services to customers.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business and Financial Performance
Proactively developing strong client relationships.
Anticipate and provide pertinent solutions to client needs and give high priority to client satisfaction.
Ensure client instructions are executed quickly while applying all standard checks and controls.
Achieve satisfactory knowledge of Premier Banking products and services.
Produce timely reports for assigned portfolios.
Constantly monitor credit portfolio and engage timely recovery action to ensure maximum 3% NPL.
Provide management reports on sales tracker, DIP and others.
Customer Excellence
Handle day-to-day client queries.
Ensure personalized and high-standing customer relationship management.
Leadership and People Management
Weekly portfolio performance reports.
Team player.
Close collaboration with CSU team.
Process & Operational Performance
Full adherence to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines (KYC, AML).
Strategic Initiatives
Lead initiatives creating business growth.
Achieve satisfactory performance on business challenges.
III. JOB PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in consumer relationship management.
At least 2 years as Customer Relation Manager – Premier Banking.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Skills & Attributes

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Active listening.
Experience managing HNWI clients.
Punctuality.

Expérience
Minimum 5 ans poste similaire.
Expertise Routing & Switching, SD-WAN.
Veeam, Windows Server, UNIX/Linux.
Sécurité Cisco, Fortigate, CheckPoint, PaloAlto.
Azure, Entra ID.
PowerShell / Python.
SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG.
Formation
Bac+5 Informatique (réseaux).
Certifications : Fortinet NSE4+, PCNSA, CCNP/CCIE, ISO27001, ITIL.
Bilingue FR/EN.

Formation
