Operational Research Activity Manager
Company: Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) - Switzerland
Job Context: MSF is looking for an Operational Research Activity Manager to coordinate and supervise operational research activities within its humanitarian missions.
Main Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor operational research projects related to medical programs.
Ensure data management, analysis, and dissemination of results.
Collaborate with field teams and academic partners.
Contribute to the development of research protocols and report writing.Desired Profile:
Experience in operational research or research project management, ideally in the humanitarian or public health sector.
Skills in data analysis and proficiency with statistical tools.
Ability to work in a team and in complex environments.
Excellent writing skills in English and French.
