Responsibilities

Extend warm greetings to customers.

Present the menu and accurately take food and drink orders.

Serve orders with precision and collect correct bill payments.

Create inviting table settings, ensuring a tidy dining area.

Manage the flow of dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.

Collaborate with restaurant staff to review daily specials and menu changes.

Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements and Skills

SSCE/OND qualification.

Proficient in basic math.

Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Display intelligence and adaptability.

Previous experience as a waitress is a plus.

Reside within Abuloma Odili axis in Port Harcourt.
