We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly, presenting menus and taking accurate orders

Serve food and beverages promptly and in line with service standards

Handle basic customer complaints and escalate when necessary

Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase revenue

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area in line with health standards

Follow all company policies, safety, and service procedures

Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials

Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained before, during, and after service

Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle requests promptly

Process orders through POS systems and coordinate with kitchen/bar staff

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Neat appearance and professional attitude.

2–4 years experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service orientation
