Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the daily operations of the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop sales channels, client networks, and agrovet partnerships across regional markets.
  • Conduct client consultations, equipment presentations, and site visits for commercial projects.
  • Supervise the complete sales cycle: inquiries, technical quotations, contracts, and delivery. Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B or technical sales (agriculture, machinery, or construction preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to present technical equipment specifications to clients clearly.
  • Fluent in English and Swahili (written and spoken).
