ROLE OVERVIEW
The Station Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the station, ensure excellent customer service, maintain safety and compliance standards, and drive sales and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily station operations and ensure smooth workflow. Lead, motivate and supervise station staff to achieve performance goals. Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met. Monitor fuel quality, stock levels and reconcile daily sales. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, security and environmental regulations. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the oil & gas or retail industry. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Integrity, accountability and a customer-focused attitude.
