Job Description A reputable Pest control company in Accra is looking for an experieced operations supervisor who is exprienced in operational activites, excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and management skills. Sucessful candidates will: Monitor field activity, provide support on complex infestations, and ensure company pest control procedures are followed Oversee daily pest control operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Ensure proper pesticide application in line with pesticide label, including safe use of sprayers, personal protective gear, and training on pest control methods. Conduct regular evaluations and coaching sessions to increase technician productivity. Answer service complaints and explain integrated pest management (IPM) solutions clearly and calmly to clients Track pesticides, inspect tools, and ensure sprayers, foggers, and safety kits are operational Keep accurate records on services delivered, technician performance, and pest activity trends. Assess the effectiveness of pest control strategies and make adjustments as needed to get the best results Manage scheduling and logistics for pest control services to optimize operational efficiency . Required Skills or Experience Must possess excellent analytical skills with strong work commitment and be able to learn Knowledge in integrated pest management is an asset. Diploma/degree in agriculture or any relevant field Good Computer skills and knowledge of microsoft office siiute.
