Job Context: We are recruiting a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to strengthen our team in Ghana. This position is essential to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within our operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure quality care for patients/beneficiaries according to medical protocols.
Participate in community health campaigns and promotion of best practices.
Maintain up-to-date patient records and care registers.
Work in a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
Complete epidemiological monitoring and performance tracking tools.Desired Profile:
Degree in Health Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or related field.
Field experience in a healthcare environment.
Empathy, clinical rigor, and adherence to hygiene standards.
