This covers countries like Comoros, Madagascar, Algeria, Togo, and Tanzania. Work closely with the legal team. – Financial modeling. Build business plans. Run financial projections. Check capital ratios and risk scenarios. – Strategic reports. Write background reports. Include impact studies and recommendations. The PMO finalizes and submits them. – M&A due diligence. Check deals from all angles: commercial, financial, and regulatory. – Entity structuring. Study options like subsidiaries or spin-offs. Check the rules after getting a license. – Quality control.
