We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Level: Middle Management
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, communications, executive meetings, and key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
Manage the MD’s calendar, emails, and meeting schedules
Track key follow-ups, approvals, and action items
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
Coordinate executive meetings, travel arrangements, and events
Requirements
B.Sc./BA in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, and project tools like Trello
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting senior executives
Strong organizational and communication skills
Salary
N400,000 – N450,000 (Net) per month.
