Read more about this company Executive Assistant Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience Location Lagos Job Field Administration / Facilities   Job Summary As the Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative and operational support to senior executives, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, communication, and business activities. Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of executives Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations Support project coordination and follow-up on assigned tasks Requirements Ability to learn and understand CTP/CTCP printing industry terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google Workspace, and PDF editing tools A high degree of integrity regarding sensitive financial and personal information.
