KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage tenants and properties. Track rental collections and issue receipts. Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance. Prepare reports for clients and landlords. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Construction, Business, Communication or any related field. Experience in property management is an added advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Honest, target-driven and computer literate. Must be based in Blantyre. A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
