Be Part of Our Team Unilabs Diagnostics & Imaging is seeking a qualified, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stores Assistant at our Headquarters in Lusaka. Position: Stores Assistant Organisation: Unilabs Diagnostics & Imaging Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day stores operations, receiving, verifying, and recording medical supplies, diagnostic reagents, and administrative goods. Maintaining accurate inventory ledgers, stock control registers, and conducting regular physical stock counts. Issuing stock and materials to clinical and laboratory departments in accordance with approved requisitions. Monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels, tracking expiry dates of reagents, and raising timely replenishment orders. Ensuring medical supplies and delicate items are stored under appropriate temperature and hygienic conditions. Maintaining high standards of safety, orderliness, and security within the storehouse. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Procurement , Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years’ practical experience in stores management, warehousing, or procurement (experience in healthcare or diagnostics is an added advantage). Must be a resident of Lusaka . Strong numerical skills, computer literacy, and familiarity with inventory management software. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and good interpersonal communication skills.
