BRANCH MANAGER Location: Lilongwe, Malawi Workforce Recruitment Services (WRS), on behalf of its client, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced and results-oriented professionals for the position of BRANCH MANAGER , to be based in Lilongwe. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Branch Operations Management Sales and Business Development Customer Service and Relationship Management Financial Management Inventory and Asset Management Staff Management and Leadership Compliance, Risk Management and Safety MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Automotive Management, Marketing or a related field. At least five (5) years of working experience in the automotive industry. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a management or supervisory position. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, services and branch operations. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong leadership and people-management capabilities. Excellent financial and commercial acumen. Proven sales, business development and negotiation skills. Strong customer relationship management skills. Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business management systems. Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver results against set targets. ADDED ADVANTAGE Experience managing an automotive dealership, spare parts business, tyre business, and service center or retail branch. Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and inventory management systems. A proven track record of achieving sales, revenue and profitability targets.
