Role Description The Electronicians & Businessman Gemstones role is a full-time, on-site position based in Antananarivo. The role involves using electronic tools and instruments to test, measure, and verify the quality and authenticity of gemstones, while documenting results accurately. Daily responsibilities include managing inventory, preparing gemstones for sale, supporting pricing decisions, and coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams. The position also requires handling customer inquiries, explaining technical findings in clear language, and contributing to business planning, sales strategies, and market analysis. The individual will collaborate with management to identify new opportunities, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain organized records for all gemstone-related transactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret test results and market data for gemstones and related products. Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to support sales strategies, inventory management, and growth initiatives. Candidates should possess Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members. Relevant experience with electronic testing devices, gemstone evaluation, or a related technical field is beneficial. A background in commerce, engineering, geology, or a related discipline is advantageous, along with basic proficiency in standard office software.
