Key Responsibilities: Manage meat processing facilities, abattoir operations, cold storage, and daily retail meat cuts. Oversee carcass breakdown, deboning, portioning, sausage making, mincing, packaging, and display presentation. Enforce stringent food safety, HACCP, hygiene standards, cold-chain maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Supervise butchery staff, blockmen, and meat packers, ensuring high productivity and customer care. Monitor production yields, minimize meat wastage, manage inventory turnover, and control processing costs. Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Meat Science, Food Science, Animal Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of practical experience in meat processing or large-scale retail butchery operations. At least two (2) years of demonstrated supervisory or management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of professional meat cutting, hygiene protocols, food safety regulations, and production workflow management. Strong team leadership, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.
