APEX BAR AND RESTAURANT — WE ARE HIRING! ‍ Position: Restaurant Attendants (Chefs, Waitresses & Cooks) Location: Near Charleston Police Station, Lusaka, Zambia Salary: K3,000 – K3,500 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Apex Bar and Restaurant is inviting applications from suitably qualified, hardworking, and dedicated individuals to join our vibrant hospitality team in Lusaka. Role Overview & Duties: Chefs & Cooks: Prepare appetizing local and international meals, bar snacks, and grilled specialties adhering to kitchen hygiene and quality recipes. Waitresses: Warmly greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, deliver meals promptly, and maintain immaculate dining areas. Collaborate closely with the bar and kitchen teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Remuneration: Monthly Salary: K3,000 – K3,500 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate. Valid National Registration Card (NRC) and valid TPIN. Must be 18 years or older. Must be willing to work night shifts and weekends. CV with traceable professional references. All supporting academic and professional certificates must be certified by a Commissioner of Oaths .
