Position: Door Bouncers (3 Positions) Location: Near Charleston Police Station, Lusaka, Zambia Salary: K2,500 – K3,500 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Apex Bar and Restaurant is recruiting three (3) physically fit, disciplined, and alert Door Bouncers to maintain security, crowd control, and a safe atmosphere for our patrons. Key Responsibilities: Manage entrance access control, check identification to prevent underage entry, and inspect bags/belongings. Maintain order, de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally, and remove disruptive individuals safely. Protect venue property, staff, and guests from violent incidents or theft. Coordinate with local police and law enforcement authorities when necessary. Remuneration: Monthly Salary: K2,500 – K3,500 Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate. Physically imposing build, strong fitness, and self-defense/security awareness. Valid National Registration Card (NRC) and valid TPIN. Must be 18 years or older and willing to work night shifts and weekends. Certificates certified by a Commissioner of Oaths .
