Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Chairman Job Type: Full Time Duty Station: Head Office in Lilongwe, with frequent travel throughout Malawi JOB PURPOSE The Country Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the national sales strategy for the Company's Civil Servants' Loan Product. The role focuses on building, leading and motivating a high-performing nationwide network of Sales Agents to achieve customer acquisition and loan disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Agent Network Development: Recruit, train and manage Sales Agents across Malawi; expand and maintain an active sales agent network Sales Performance: Achieve monthly loan disbursement and customer acquisition targets; monitor agent productivity and implement improvement plans where necessary Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; submit regular sales and market performance reports to Management KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) Monthly Loan Disbursement Volume (numbers and amount) Number of Active Sales Agents Number of New Borrowers Acquired
