Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE The Lead- BSS is responsible for network operations and maintenance in the region assigned KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Radion Network availability 99.8% Governance with partners to meet targets Managing regional operations activities Analyzing RNA reports and preparing action plan for the region Resolve top worst performing sites on weekly basis 2. Network QoS Active and Passive Infra (RAN and TX) BSS KPIs with special focus on Platinum & Gold Site audits for PMs both Active and Passive Network availability >99.8% Spare management 3. Business alignment – War Room ,CSD Meeting and customer complaints Weekly War Room meetings with partners and customers closing customer complaints within 48 hours for cities and 96 hrs for rural areas 4. Processes awareness & partners governance Compliance to checklists and quality guidelines as per SOPs 5. Accurate Database for Radio & Transmission networks Radio and transmission inventory accuracy NMS visibility implementation External alarms extension and audit 6. Team engagement with direct repartee’s and other teams including partners
