JOB VACANCY: STORES OFFICER AUTOFOX JAPANESE TYRES AND SPARES ABOUT THE COMPANY Autofox Japanese Tyres is a growing tyre trading company based in Lusaka, specializing in the supply and distribution of quality Japanese tyres for passenger vehicles, trucks, buses and commercial vehicles. Autofox Japanese Tyres & Spares is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Stores Officer . Position: Stores Officer Location: Lusaka Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Diploma in Stores Management or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in stores management or inventory control. Experience in managing stock for tyres, motor vehicle spares, or automotive products will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of stock receiving, issuing, recording, and reconciliation. Ability to maintain accurate stock records and prepare inventory reports. Good organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills. High levels of honesty, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. Computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, record, and safely store incoming stock. Issue tyres, spare parts, and other items in accordance with approved procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock against recorded balances. Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items for timely replenishment. Investigate and report stock discrepancies, damages, and losses. Ensure proper organisation, security, and cleanliness of the warehouse. Prepare regular stock movement and inventory reports.
