Job Description The Executive HR will handle day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance within a manufacturing environment. The role supports smooth HR functioning and employee engagement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records) Handle recruitment and onboarding processes Support employee engagement and grievance handling Coordinate training and development programs Assist with manpower planning, shift scheduling, and deployment Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements Prepare HR reports and maintain documentation Support performance management and evaluations

Requirements MBA in HR (preferred) 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing Age: 23–28 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Telugu (advantage) Experience with MS Office and HRMS tools Willingness to work rotational shifts and relocate near Sri City
