Project Overview A leading upstream oil & gas operator in Africa is deploying a high‑impact operations program to support offshore production in Ghana . SigmaStrat is managing the end‑to‑end oversight of critical operational materials — including procurement, inventory control, quality assurance, logistics, and safe delivery to offshore assets. Operations will be coordinated from Accra , with the main execution hub in Takoradi .
Key Responsibilities Inspect and verify materials, equipment, and documentation before offshore dispatch. Ensure compliance with industry standards, operator requirements, and safety regulations. Conduct quality checks, non‑conformance reporting, and corrective action follow‑up. Maintain QA/QC documentation and support audits. Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure quality integrity.
Ideal Candidate 7+ years in QA/QC roles within upstream oil & gas. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and quality systems. Detail‑oriented with strong documentation skills.
