Autofox Japanese Tyres & Spares is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Accountant . Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documents. Prepare monthly financial reports, income statements, and cash flow reports. Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash receipts, and payments. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions. Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. Ensure timely tax submissions and compliance with relevant Zambian tax regulations. Maintain proper records of stock purchases, tyre sales, and inventory transactions. Support management in financial decision-making. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements A Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . 3–5 years of relevant work experience in an accounting role. Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills. High levels of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism. Experience in retail, wholesale, inventory management, and daily cash reconciliation. Ability to manage sales, stock purchases, and financial controls effectively. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
