Dans le cadre de son engagement à préserver les capacités et à soutenir le personnel déjà en poste au sein de l'organisation, la majorité des vacances de postes UNDP, UNCDF et UNV sont publiées selon un processus de candidature par niveaux. Le niveau 0 concerne le personnel IP du UNDP, de l'UNCDF et de l'UNV titulaire de nominations permanentes (PA) ou à durée déterminée (FTA), dont les postes seront supprimés ou dont les contrats seront résiliés ou non renouvelés au cours de l'année 2026. Le niveau 1 s'adresse aux autres membres du personnel du UNDP, de l'UNCDF et de l'UNV titulaires de nominations permanentes (PA) ou à durée déterminée (FTA). Le niveau 2 est destiné au personnel du UNDP, de l'UNCDF et de l'UNV sous contrats temporaires (TA), au personnel sous contrats PSA réguliers, ainsi qu'aux Volontaires des Nations Unies de catégorie Expert et Spécialiste. Le niveau 3, ou l'absence de niveau indiqué, concerne tous les autres types de contrats du UNDP, de l'UNCDF et de l'UNV ainsi que d'autres agences, et les autres candidats externes. Il est recommandé de prendre note du ou des niveaux indiqués dans le titre de la vacance, le cas échéant, et de s'assurer de remplir les conditions d'éligibilité
