Minimum Qualifications & Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified. Diploma or Degree in Accountancy , ZICA Licentiate / CA Zambia, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification. Paid-up member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) . Valid National Registration Card (NRC). No criminal record. Prior accounting experience in retail, petroleum, or trading business is an added advantage. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP) and advanced MS Excel. Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities: Relevant accounting qualifications and in-depth knowledge of maintaining financial records and ledger accounts. Prepare daily sales reconciliations, bank deposits, and cash flow reports across filling station operations. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier invoices for fuel and lubricants. Manage payroll, statutory remittances (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA), and tax compliance. Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inventory audits, and financial reporting.
