Location: Osu, Accra Salary: GHS 1,200 per month, excluding transportation Job Summary A restaurant in Osu is seeking a courteous and dependable Waiter to provide excellent customer service and support daily restaurant operations. The successful candidate will take orders, serve meals and help create a welcoming dining experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers politely and assist them with seating. Present menus, explain available options and take orders accurately. Communicate customer orders and special requests to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Set up tables, clear used dishes and keep the dining area clean. Attend to customer enquiries and report concerns to the supervisor. Follow the restaurant’s service procedures and hygiene standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred. Candidates with basic knowledge and understanding of restaurant service will also be considered. Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Neat appearance and good personal hygiene. Punctual, respectful and reliable. Ability to cooperate with colleagues and remain attentive during busy periods. Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant’s service procedures and quality standards.
