CONTACT is recruiting a Quality Engineer, to be based in Pemba, Mozambique.
The main activities of the job include: to support the Project Manager and QHSE Coordinator in the planning and implementation of the project quality management system (PQMS) activities within the project; to plan and implement the quality assurance activities within the project; to coordinate the project quality activities implementation under the supervision of QHSE Coordinator and Project Manager; to ensure strict compliance with company and client quality management systems Requisites Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with specialization in Quality Management
Minimum of 03 to 05 years of experience with Quality Management System in the Oil & Gas market (onboard FPSO or FLNG), or Logistics Base, Fabrication Workshop, Maintenance Workshop, Construction Yard or similar heavy industry facilities Experience with QA/QC, quality audits, inspections, NCRs, corrective actions and quality documentation Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant Oil & Gas quality standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Good command of English, both written and spoken
