A dynamic healthcare sales and distribution Company is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Executive with strong customer-facing and territory management experience to drive sales performance, maintain client relationships, and support product promotion within the assigned region. Responsibilities:
Call on key customers and achieve set sales targets in the assigned territory
Maintain strong product knowledge and relevant industry/medical terminology
Build and sustain excellent long-term customer relationships
Monitor and assess competitor activity within the region
Plan and execute promotional activities to achieve regional sales targets
Conduct product training and support for customers on company offerings
Manage territory planning, sales pipeline, and reporting requirements Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Medical or healthcare sales background advantageous
Valid South African driver’s licence
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages beneficial
Willingness to travel and work in varied environments, including informal areas
Proficient computer literacy
Strong planning, organising, and time management abilities
Good negotiation, listening, and customer service skills
Sales-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Professional appearance and conduct
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
