What You’ll Be Doing Run high-level in-person and virtual consultations with qualified leads. Take full ownership of your pipeline, follow-ups, and monthly conversions. Guide clients through personal, high-value decisions with calm authority. Close deals — not pass them on, not delay them. Maintain strict follow-up discipline using CRM systems . Lead by example through presentation, punctuality, and work ethic. Set the standard for junior consultants through daily behaviour, not titles. Experience & Qualifications 5+ years in consultative, high-ticket sales (luxury, medical, property, finance, or premium services). Proven record of closing high-value deals consistently. Comfortable working with targets, pressure, and accountability. Strong emotional intelligence and confidence with decisive clients. Solid experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office beyond a basic level. Professional appearance and strong presence are non-negotiable .
