LWL is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and led by an experienced Executive Director and leadership team, ensuring strong oversight, accountability, and sector expertise. Established as a legacy of the successful UK FCDO funded, Mott MacDonald/Cambridge Education led decade-long Leh Wi Lan Project, LWL is focused on further growing its national impact. LÆ Wi Lan (LWL) is inviting eligible, qualified, and experienced suppliers, service providers, and contractors to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for inclusion in its supplier database. LWL seeks to establish a pool of reputable vendors to provide goods and services in the following categories: Categories of Goods and Services
Interested organisations, companies, and businesses must submit an Expression of Interest containing the following information and supporting documents:
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Certificate of Incorporation (for registered companies)
Certificate of Registration
